Welcome to Rawdhat, operated by Rawdhat Child Care Management System. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application and website rawdhat.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Rawdhat is a comprehensive childcare management software platform that provides tools for billing, attendance tracking, registration, communication, staff management, and center operations. We offer an integrated admin dashboard, mobile app, and website to streamline daycare center operations.
Our services are designed for daycare center administrators, staff members, and parents/guardians. Parents must be at least 18 years old to register their children. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to provide information about the children in your care.
To use Rawdhat features, you need to create an account as either a center administrator, staff member, or parent/guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, biometric data, and for all activities under your account. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials is prohibited.
Subscription plans and pricing are subject to the package selected by your daycare center. Features include dashboard access, attendance tracking, communication tools, and integrations. Prices may change with advance notice. We are not responsible for any errors in pricing or feature descriptions displayed on the platform.
Rawdhat provides software services and integrates with third-party platforms including WhatsApp API for alerts, email automation systems, fingerprint devices for attendance, and website integration tools. Service availability depends on internet connectivity and third-party service uptime. We strive to maintain 99% platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the admin dashboard. Refunds for prepaid subscriptions may be issued on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of subscription start date, subject to review. No refunds are provided after 30 days or for monthly subscriptions mid-cycle. Data export is available upon request before account closure.
We accept online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, bank transfers, or other methods as available. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways. Center administrators are responsible for timely payment of subscription fees to maintain uninterrupted access to services.
You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to violating laws, infringing on intellectual property, distributing harmful content, sharing false information about children, unauthorized access to other users' accounts, or misusing biometric data. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.
Rawdhat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, data loss, service interruptions, third-party integration failures, or inability to access the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription period. We are not responsible for decisions made based on data or reports generated by the platform.
We may update these terms at any time as we enhance our platform with new features, integrations, or compliance requirements. Your continued use of Rawdhat after any changes indicates acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be notified through email, WhatsApp, or dashboard announcements at least 7 days in advance.
